01 / CAREER EMPIRE
From an idea to a world.
A career-and-life simulator exploring how students can learn through challenges, choices and reflection. AI has been part of the process of turning the idea into something we can walk around in.
IDEAS, EXPERIMENTS & WORK IN PROGRESS
A few things I’m exploring with AI: how we learn, what helps us move forward, and why we do the things we do.

01 / CAREER EMPIRE
A career-and-life simulator exploring how students can learn through challenges, choices and reflection. AI has been part of the process of turning the idea into something we can walk around in.
A map-based career exploration game, bringing learning, avatars and progression together.
A playable 3D town prototype, with spaces to explore and an evolving visual world.
How can choices have meaningful consequences? How can productive failure and reflection deepen learning? Still in development.
02 / LEARNER DIAGNOSTIC
The same behaviour can have very different causes. The Learner Diagnostic looks beneath the surface — exploring knowledge and skills, emotions, executive function, motivation and environment — to help match support to the learner’s needs.
Notice → Diagnose → Match → Try → Learn → Adapt. A practical, supportive process with room to try, learn and adjust.
03 / YEAR 9 PORTFOLIO & SELF-EFFICACY
A space for students to explore who they are, collect examples of their learning and reflect on what those experiences say about them. The portfolio makes growth visible: looking back at something they’ve tried, improved or completed gives them evidence of “I can” to draw on when the next challenge arrives.
An early opportunity to practise telling their own story — and build confidence in what they can do next.
04 / CAREER DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Before asking “What do you want to be?”, I’m exploring how people see themselves and what they believe is possible. This career and personal development framework connects that inner lens with agency, adaptability, experimentation, purpose and resilience — helping understanding become a manageable next step.
Rather than a fixed career ladder, I’m exploring a cycle of trying, learning and adjusting. Each experience can shift what we believe about ourselves and open up new possibilities.
The motivation lens asks: Can I do it? Do I want to do it? What will it cost me? What do I need? A framework in development, bringing career theory into practical, human-centred support.
05 / PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
What started as a personal question has grown into a bigger idea. Why can we be capable of enormously complicated things, yet sometimes struggle with the simplest ones? I started exploring what sits between intention and action — and what a system designed around real human capacity might look like.
The app is the practical layer built on top of that engine: learning what matters to you, understanding your capacity and context, helping you choose a realistic next step, and adapting as it learns what actually works.
06 / YOUR INNER OASIS
Musings on using AI to shape posts and explore the philosophies I keep coming back to: growth, resilience, connection and joy. Working with the words while keeping the meaning—and the voice—my own.
07 / LOMBARDI’S FARM TO FORK
An idea for connecting local growers, shoppers and delivery partners in one marketplace. I’m exploring how it could make seasonal food easier to find, offer fairer value and return more to growers — with fewer food miles along the way.
The concept brings together produce listings, stock, orders and delivery choices, with a small transaction commission and an optional distribution role. Web first, with phone apps planned — still a business concept to explore.
